Visiting Goldmyer
Reservation Instructions
- Monitor the access report and weather forecast for the latest conditions when preparing for your trip.
- Please review Goldmyer's rules.
- Read the directions explaining the demanding drive and roughly 10 miles (round trip) of hiking required.
- A NW Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass is required to park at the trailhead.
- Browse recommended equipment.
- The pools are clothing optional.
- Enter the MONTHLY LOTTERY for prioritized access to establish a reservation.
- OR - - For openings during the current or next month on the CALENDAR, call 206.789.5631 and leave a voice mail to request a reservation.
- Include your full name, requested visit date(s), group size, phone number, and the best callback time.
- Messages are returned in the order they are received during office hours, we appreciate your patience!
- All visitors must fill out a Release and Conditions of Use form for each visit.
- All visitors must read the Goldmyer Information Flyer, which includes the need-to-know-info for visiting Goldmyer.
- Adults in group assume responsibility for children in their group.

- If you need to cancel some or all of your reservation, please be courteous and let the office know as soon as possible so your reservation can be opened up to other visitors.
- If you have a reservation and are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (or any other potentially contagious illness), DO NOT visit the property. Contact the office.
Pricing
Prices are per person, per day.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

- Day use and soaking (Wednesday - Monday):
- $30 per adult (18 - 64)
- $25 per senior (65+)
- Children are free (0 - 17) - Camping (Wednesday - Sunday, no camping on Mondays):
- Additional $10 per adult or senior - TUESDAYS - 4 hour Exclusive Use Time Slots
- $240 per time slot (groups of up to 8 people)
- Additional camping fee of $50 per group (only with evening time slot)
Checking In and Out
All visitors must check-in and check-out with the caretakers.
Please ring the bell on the sign by the caretaker cabin upon arrival and departure.
- Check-in: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Check-out (Day Visitors): 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Check-out (Overnight Visitors): 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
- If arriving before 9:00 AM, or after 9:00 PM, you may NOT check in or use the springs. Please stay off property and return during check in times.
Daily Visitor Limit + Group Size Limit
- Total of up to 20 people per day.
- Wednesday-Sunday, groups will be sharing the pools with other visitors. Social distancing is not practical.
- Tuesdays are reserved for individual groups.
- No groups larger than 8 people are permitted.
- Visitor limits were established in the 1980's to assist in preserving the area's fragile ecology and wilderness experience, as well as to avoid overcrowding at the pools.
- Walk-in visitors without reservations are subject to space availability: if we are full, you will be turned away. Exact cash payment is required.
Camping
Campsites in the the Goldmyer campground are available for an additional fee. No camping is available on Mondays. Tuesday visitors with evening reservations may camp.
Credits
Posted March 1, 2024. As of one year from posting, on March 1, 2025 any
issued credits will be forfeited and considered a donation. NWWP no longer issues reservation credits. Memberships
Working members are able to earn visits through volunteer work.Supporting memberships are not available at this time; however, donations are always appreciated (especially during times of reduced capacity such as the Covid-19 pandemic).
